Education Interventions

Education is the key to empowering communities, especially children, women and girls from marginalised communities. READ India’s education interventions through its Community Libraries and Resource Centres (CLRC), aim to improve reading and writing habits, while also offering courses such as English and digital learning, coaching classes, and early childhood education. More than 50000 children, youth and women have participated in various educational programmes and training conducted at READ CLRCs.

Adult literacy courses, reading habit initiatives, and study groups offer villagers a valuable second opportunity to acquire essential skills that can transform their lives. Our programs are designed to foster a lifelong culture of learning within the community.
